Kent Student Law Review: Call for submissions

Critical legal scholars have until midnight on 31st January 2015 to submit articles for the 2015 edition of the Kent Student Law Review.

The Kent Student Law Review (KSLR), a student-led publication first issued in 2014, aims to provide a platform to promote the philosophy of Kent Law School and the unique work produced by its students, postgraduates and alumni. It also aims to provide students with the opportunity to enter the world of academia and publishing whilst at undergraduate level and to support the postgraduate community with the opportunity to publish.

The Editorial Board, comprised of students Christine Lawton, Claire Splawn, Cynthia Lei, Mikael Ruotsi and Patrik Jacobsson, seek to publish work with an emphasis on theoretically informed critical legal scholarship that situates law in society. Submissions from all areas of the law are invited but articles which are novel in their approach and which add to the debate of ongoing domestic or international legal issues are particularly encouraged.

Manuscripts should be formatted in accordance with the KLSR House Style Guidelines, which can be found on Dropbox or via the KSLR’s Facebook page, and submitted via email to submissions@kentcls.org.
