Hi! I’m Rebecca and I am an international karate athlete and STRONG by Zumba Instructor. With an extensive martial arts background and a love for Zumba, STRONG by Zumba® is an amazing way for me to combine both together in one high-intensity, exciting, music-led workout. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
STRONG by Zumba is on every Thursday at 5.30pm at the Sports Centre from now until 28 July.
