Sabine’s Xercise Factor Update

A big thank you to all of the Kent Sport Fitness Team and in particular to Laeticia for giving me the opportunity to learn about fitness and to try out as many activities as I could.

Unfortunately I have only trained once this last week as I was having problems with my knees and also not feeling too well. However, to me this has not been a defeat, on the contrary, I have enjoyed every minute of my training since I set my mind to it after Christmas. I have conquered my original fear of the gym and will enjoy going before I start my shifts. This way, I will feel great all day and also will gain a parking space.

I love the fitness classes here and I have tried quite a few now. Body Pump is certainly my favorite. Did not manage circuit yet but one day!!!

A big thank you to my mentor Laeticia who has been very enthusiastic and patient with me. She is very knowledgeable and has put a lot of time and effort to help me with a program and showing me various ‘contraptions’.  As a staff member at the forefront I can now vouch how fantastic the facilities here are and how lucky and priviledge we are to be able to train and be fit in such a superb and professional sportcentre.
