Omar’s Xercise Factor diary – week four

Week four of Xercise Factor and the competition is being bumped up a notch! The competitors are pushing themselves to the limit to make sure they’re not the one eliminated this week. It’s tough, but worth every moment as they are all seeing their goals becoming part of their lives. Keep it up!

Let’s check in with Omar and see how week four treated him…

It has only been four sessions, but I learned a lot of extra routines and am introducing it to my regular workouts. I’m still a morning person so that’s a win-win so far! Going forward, not sure how I can proceed with my workout. Should I do something different every week? Or do I need to be consistent for a while before I alter my routine? So that’s worth investigating. Also, the real challenge comes with my next month submission dates, allegedly I’m supposed to be healthier and also performing better with essays. Let’s see…
