In-person instructor classes and LES MILLS Virtual classes

  • Open to all students, staff, alumni, and members of the public
  • Book all classes in advance through your online account
  • Premium Plus members: All classes are free as part of your membership
  • Plus members: All Virtual classes are free as part of your membership. Pay to Play rates apply for in-person instructor classes
  • Pay to Play members pay the per-session rate for each class:
    • University of Kent Students and Public Juniors – £6.50
    • University of Kent Staff, Alumni, and Over 55s – £7.50
    • Public Adults – £8.50

  • Les Mills BodyBalance (Virtual instructor), 9am to 9.45am
  • Yoga (In-person instructor), 12.15pm to 1pm
  • *New* Fighting Fit (In-person instructor), 5.30pm to 6.15pm
  • Pilates (In-person instructor), 6.30pm to 7.15pm

Tuesday:

  • Les Mills BodyBalance (Virtual instructor), 7.45am to 8.30am
  • Les Mills Core (Virtual instructor), 8.45am to 9.15am
  • Pilates (In-person instructor), 12.15pm to 1pm
  • BodyPump (In-person instructor), 5.30pm to 6.20pm

  • Cardio Tennis (Tennis Centre), 11am to 12pm

Thursday:

  • Women’s Learn to Lift (the gym), 5pm to 6pm
  • Football Coaching (Pavilion), 5pm to 6pm

Friday:

  • Staff Lifting (the gym), 11.30am to 12.30pm
  • Learn to Lift (the gym), 3pm to 4pm

  • Boccia (Sports Centre), 12pm to 1pm
