New sessions to help you have a 'Mindful Monday'

As part of the new Kent Sport strategy, we’re bringing more sessions to you – that means taking some group exercise classes out of the Sports Centre and delivering them across campus in more central locations.

These sessions are either free or low-cost to encourage wider participation in health and fitness across campus. Each session is for all ability levels, so whether you’re a fitness pro or an absolute beginner, our guided sessions will help you get active.

Join these new weekly group exercise classes in Eliot Dining Hall. We’re aiming to add more, so watch this space!

 

ALL Active classes in Eliot Dining Hall

Our popular ALL Active programme is getting two new sessions each Monday in the form of group exercise classes.

  • Tai Chi with instructor Tuan – 1pm to 1.45pm
  • Yoga with instructor Michelle – 3pm to 3.50pm

ALL Active sessions are free for Kent Sport Premium Plus and Plus members, or just £2 for Pay to Play members. Sessions are open to all students, staff, and alumni.
