Join Kent Sport’s resident Physiotherapist Vicky Annis at the winter triathlon training camp. The camp is open to everyone of all levels and focuses on personal development and achievement. The program covers all the essential parts of winter triathlon training such as swimming, bike and run technical skills, as well as flexibility, planning for success and nutrition. At the pre-Olympic training camp Vicky aided in the training of British Olympic athletes including Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee and Vicky Holland, who went on to win Gold, Silver and Bronze respectively in the Rio 2016 games.

Get expert advice and guidance from coaches with expertise in endurance sports including running, cycling, triathlon and adventure, personal training, core conditioning, running bio mechanics, nutrition, sports massage and more. The camp sessions will include both technical and endurance sessions delivered in separate groups depending upon ability.
Camp fee is only £185 per person for two and a half days, and includes:
- All camp sessions and coaching
- A one-to-one running/core/planning coached session
- One sports massage or physiotherapy session
- Athlete pack and goody bag (including technical top and OTE Sports Nutrition Pack)
- Lunch and refreshments each day
