If I had to summarise the first week of boot camp in one word it would be – painful. I am doing a weightlifting programme focusing on strengths. So, my muscles have had to do a lot of work this week! However, with the support of my mentor and his professionalism, I have loved every minute of Boot Camp so far. My mentor has not only supported me by training with me, but also explaining how I can support my body by eating correctly and psychologically preparing me for the challenges ahead.
All in all, this first week has only made me even more exited for the following weeks, as I cannot wait to explore my strengths further!!”
