Another date for your diary! Sign up to the Business Soundbites Session on ‘Breaking down barriers to achieve professional success’, organised in partnership with Kent Law School, Girlings Solicitors and Girlings Personal Injury.
Upcoming Business Soundbites Session: ‘Breaking down barriers to achieve professional success’ is to take place on Thursday 26 September at the Gulbenkian Theatre at the Canterbury Campus.
The rationale for the event is the centenary of the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919 which paved the way for movement towards equality for women in the workplace. At the event, we celebrate six female professionals working in different sectors, who have each broken down barriers to be successful in their careers. Our six story-tellers will share their personal journeys with the audience in an intimate setting. No notes, no slides and no CV summaries. These are stories from the heart, shared with others to inspire, encourage reflection and maybe generate change? See the full event programme here.
