Kent Business School PhD in Management student Rufus Howard invites you to attend a networking event which will bring together Environmental Impact Assessment practitioners from the public and private sector, with students and researchers to share new developments, research and best practice.
It is hoped that the event, which will take place on Friday 17 March 2017, will foster greater links between Kent, Essex and East Anglia in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment.
It will provide an introduction to the types of careers available to those studying in the field of EIA and related fields, and create new partnerships between institutions, industry and leading academics in the EIA field to help determine how to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Current confirmed attendees include academics and researchers from Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology and the University of East Anglia, as well as representatives from industry and government including the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and the Institute of Environmental Impact and Assessment.
When: Friday 17 March 2017
Where: Darwin Conference Centre, University of Kent, Canterbury Campus.
The event is free to attend and lunch & coffee will be provided to all attendees.
All are welcome to attend, please reserve your place before the event.
