Kent Business School is pleased to welcome Martin Millar as a Visiting Research Fellow from 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015. Martin worked for SCA / Reed International for 30 years in a variety of operational roles and was appointed UK Managing Director of the Packaging Paper manufacturing division in 1993. Martin continued as a Director of SCA until the end of 2007 when he then commenced as a Management Consultant in 2008. During his career he was a Director of various companies, including a JV, and remains a member of the Paper and Board Industry Advisory Committee which is the strategic health and safety delivery partnership for the paper industries. He is currently exploring with the school the opportunity to develop external Management Development courses for local commercial organisations which will be delivered at our Tonbridge campus. He has also been invited to write a paper with a KBS academic regarding contemporary change management.
