Congratulations to KBS PhD student, Sarah Tetley, who won the prize for the best social science poster at the University of Kent’s Postgraduate Research Festival on Tuesday 18 June. Her presentation Gurnard and Chips Anyone?…Anyone? addressed how to influence consumer fish purchasing behaviour in order to avoid environmental damage and over-exploitation of fish stocks. Sarah’s PhD supervisors are Dr Sue Hornibrook, Prof. Andrew Fearne and Prof. Douglas Macmillan (Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology).
