Join us for our next MBA Guest Lecture Series event on Entrepreneurship and meet our third speaker, KBS alum Emay Enemokwu. The event is taking place both in the MBA Suite in Sibson Building and via Zoom on Friday 12 May from 12.30 – 14.00 (BST).
Emay is the founder of London-based luxury streetwear brand, Jehucal, who has grown his business from a childhood dream to a global fashion brand that was invited to appear at London Fashion Week.
Jehucal has collaborated with giant international brands including Nike, Chivas Regal and the Emirates FA Cup but is firmly rooted in sustainability through its Project Purify work. The clothing and accessories label is worn by those with style, including famous names such as actor Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Arsenal football player, Emile Smith Rowe.
With a determined plan to set up his own fashion label, Emay studied Accounting and Management at Kent Business School and graduated in 2019. He launched Jehucal – now a six-figure business – during his degree. He’s not just a fashion innovator, he was also a pioneer of Kent’s ‘Selfie Year’ with support through ASPIRE (Accelerator Space for Innovation and Responsible Enterprise), which allows students to spend their Year in Industry developing their own business.
He says: ‘I’m proud that I was able to leave an imprint on such a big establishment; a legacy for future students.’
Emay is joining Harvard University Certified Consultant, Fife Banks and Chartered Surveyor, Deborah Turner at this interactive event. Those who attend will have the chance to submit questions to the panel and network in Q&A sessions.
This is a free event – register your place today.
