Get inspired at our next MBA Guest Lecture Series, focused on entrepreneurship. This interactive hybrid event will be led by Kent MBA students, Debarshee Sen, Dan Hiscock and John Benfield.
Our students alongside MBA Director, Debbie Kemp will welcome a global live audience, bringing together our community of MBA students, alumni, Kent Business School staff, and the broader community of business leaders. Those who attend will have the chance to submit questions to the panellists, the first of which we are delighted to announce is Rich Evans.
Rich is a freelance Executive Creative Director consulting with and directing global fashion and lifestyle brands. Rich also is the founder of RICH LONDON, a London based PR and Marketing Agency that has been supporting many global brands ranging from alcohol and fashion to fitness and food for the past 16 years. Over the years, he’s dressed many famous faces, worked on music videos and photoshoots, and edited various magazines.
With a creative flair and rebellious passion for pushing boundaries in fashion and style, as well as stylishly burning the candle at both ends, Rich started his career working for free, gaining work experience within his chosen industry. But with no A levels or degree, diagnoses in ADHD and Dyslexia, Rich needed to develop his own work ethic that would set him apart.
This consistent hunger, attention to detail, and drive enabled Rich to develop his career as a celebrity fashion stylist for a decade, progressing to a fashion editor for many national magazines and newspapers. Rich continues to push himself forward always setting personal and professional goals.
Today, following various health scares – and with a wife and two young boys – Rich tells us he is also focussing on improving his physical and mental health, and getting a better work/life balance. “I’ve had to knock the messyness on the head”, he says.
If entrepreneurship is a subject close to your heart, do join us on Friday 10 May and get inspired!
