Professor Thanos Papadopoulos elected to British Academy of Management College of Fellows

Professor Thanos Papadopoulos has been elected to the British Academy of Management College of Fellows for a sustained contribution to scholarship in international business.

Professor Papadopoulos is the Head of the Department of Analytics, Operations & Systems at KBS and member of the Centre for Logistics and Heuristic Optimisation (CLHO). Thanos was included recently, for a second time in a row, among the top 2% researchers in Business Management area in global list of researchers prepared by Stanford University. He has also been included among the Highly Cited Researchers by Clarivate.

The British Academy of Management (BAM) is dedicated to advancing the field of management in the UK. Comprising scholars, researchers, and practitioners, BAM provides a vibrant platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration.  Fellows gain access to a dynamic network of scholars and professionals, fostering collaboration and contributing to the growth of the field.

Professor Papadopoulos is very pleased to accept the new role, which he was awarded at the annual BAM Conference at the University of Sussex.

He says: ‘I am delighted and honoured to have been elected to the British Academy of Management College of Fellows at the annual conference hosted by the University of Sussex Business School.
