Dr Lina Simeonova and Dr Maria Balta’s are working together on the NZIP Net Zero Landlords Project.
The pair have received £25,472.93 from the Local Government Association for the project that will be conducted in partnership with Medway County Council.
It will look at increasing awareness and support amongst landlords in the Medway area for a Net Zero transition.
This will be encouraged through a series of knowledge transfer workshops and other various means of engagement.
The researchers also aim to dispel preconceived notions surrounding the net-zero agenda and make the journey as straightforward as possible.
