Professor Chidi Ogbonnaya is presenting at the Chartered ABS Annual Research Conference (ARC) 2023, taking place on 23rd March at the Slate, Warwick University, Coventry.
The Chartered ABS represents the UK’s community of university business schools, and ARC is the yearly gathering of Directors of Research, research and innovation leads, senior business and management scholars and knowledge exchange professionals.
Professor Ogbonnaya will be joining the panel: Evaluating research and the pressures to publish and will consider how research is evaluated, how business schools promote and value good research, and how societal impact is assessed and included in these evaluations.
Professor Ogbonnaya, a Professor of Human Resource Management at Kent Business School is Head of the Department of Leadership and Management. His research covers a broad range of topics on job quality, employment relations, workplace values, ethical leadership, psychological well-being and employee productivity.
