The National Student Survey 2022 is now open! It takes just ten minutes to fill in and could make a real impact on student experience at Kent.
This year, the University is offering anyone who fills out the survey a free hot drink from a variety of outlets.
About the survey
Kent students can complete the 2022 NSS from Monday 7 February until 30 April. The survey is anonymous and will help us understand what you think about studying here, so we can improve.
We recommend doing the survey as early as possible because Ipsos MORI, the independent research company that manage the survey, will continue to remind you until you complete it.
Who can fill it out?
Undergraduate students in their final year of study are usually eligible to fill in the survey.
Why is the NSS Important?
Quite simply, it helps to inform change. Surveys in recent years have enabled us to listen to our students and respond.
Here are some examples of how we acted on survey results from previous years:
• We added more computer rooms and study areas around campus.
• We developed our transport and leisure facilities between sites and in the local area.
• Student common rooms and halls were revamped, resulting in Turing College being recognised as one of the best halls in the UK.
