Kent Business School joined campus-wide Alumni Reunion Weekend celebrations this month, welcoming 80 alumni back to the School, including 1960s alumni for part of the Inspiring Speaker Series.
KBS’ Dr Arvind Lall, Professor Said Salhi and Dr Des Laffey delivered presentations on contemporary topics from gender and ethics in business, to how the high street can survive in the face of the online revolution. The presentations stimulated debate and Q&A sessions followed the three inspiring sessions.
Guests were delighted to be back on campus for the event and planned to attend a lot of the other events happening across the University.
The Alumni Reunion Weekend concluded Kent’s 50th anniversary year of celebrations where alumni, former staff, friends of the University and members of the local community attended the Canterbury campus for a weekend of festivities.
