We specialise in International Headhunting Assignments within specific areas of Finance: Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Business Controlling. Although we are based in London, 90% of our business is conducted internationally.

To continue our growth and success we offer an opportunity for a 3rd year student to join KPP Search on a one-year Fixed Term Contract as their year in industry. This is an opportunity to gain a high level of exposure to mid-‐senior level headhunting and a chance to understand the most effective ways to build business relationships with contacts all over the world. You will be expected to source candidates effectively, gather key information within specialised markets and advise business leaders on search and selection topics.
Essential: Penultimate year at University studying for a BSc/BA/BEng. A strong motivation to succeed in a commercial environment;
energetic; excellent communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Desirable: Prior experience in a sales environment. Knowledge of an additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish).
Annual salary: £17,500 + Bonus*
*Bonus is strictly performance related. Maximum bonus is £2,500 per year. Details of this will be explained at interview.
