Marketing and HR Manager

Reporting to: Director

The core purpose of this role is: To regularly review the marketing strategy to ensure that all avenues are exhausted in respect of ensuring that SAA Logistics is being marketed to all potential clients in a positive way and that this results in new business relationships forming. In addition this role needs to ensure that all HR activity is completed in a timely manner to avoid any issues negatively impacting the organisation financially or damaging its reputation.

Responsibilities:

1) To design/review the marketing strategy to ensure an increase in profitability

2) Action and execute the marketing strategy

3) Actively seek and secure new business

4) Keep the company brand and image (marketing/sales materials) up to date and in line with the Business Strategy

5) Ensure good management of Marketing Budget to ensure no overspend

6) Ensure Human Resources issues are not impacting the organization negatively

7) Implement any regulations/guidelines as advised by the government (i.e: Pensions directive)
