If you are currently at university working towards a business or marketing degree then our 12 month placement could be just what you need.
Based at our Support Centre in Redditch, you will be given the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in our busy Commercial and Marketing teams providing you with a year of great retail experience on your CV. If you catch the retail bug and love Halfords, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for our graduate scheme.
Trading
This position is primarily supporting our Product and Assistant Product Managers which will involve: working on a brand new product range, supplier meetings, negotiations, product selection, range management, checking adverts.
Marketing
This position is primarily supporting our Marketing Managers which will involve: looking at advertising campaigns, checking adverts, marketing leaflets and catalogues, and point of sale material.
You will be a team player with potential leadership skills and able to get the best out of others by building great relationships. Setting goals and driving to achieve them will be par for the course for you. If you have gained some experience in a customer-focused environment and have the right skills, ideas and attitude, we want to hear from you.
