Kent Business School (KBS) is delighted to announce that we have recently received the status of academic partner of the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA).
Established in 2002 by a group of volunteers from the risk industry profession, PRMIA aims to ‘provide a free and open forum for the promotion of sound risk management standards and practices globally’. Currently a world-leading non-profit professional association, with more than 86,000 members in 196 countries, PRMIA are administering the Professional Risk Manager (PRM) qualification, which is recognized as the global standard for the world’s top financial risk professionals. More information on PRMIA is available at: http://prmia.org/
The status of PRMIA academic partner – a golden recognition of the intrinsic value of our staff and programmes in finance – places KBS alongside top providers of financial education worldwide. PRMIA’s prestigious list of academic partners includes top Universities and Business Schools from around the world, including, amongst others, Columbia University Business School, Stern Business School in New York, Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), Bocconi School of Management and UCL.
The quality and relevance to the current financial and risk environment of our two specialist postgraduate programmes in Finance, MSc Financial Markets and MSc Financial Services in Banking greatly contributed to KBS receiving the status of academic partner of PRMIA.
