Kent Business School in partnership with Leading Edge Group, invite you to attend a free ½ day Introduction to Lean Thinking training sessions. The sessions will introduce local business and organisation to the benefits of Lean Thinking and will introduce you to the principles behind taking a ‘Lean’ approach and how these principles can be used to realise greater efficiencies and profitability, along with promoting employee engagement.

Respondents to a survey conducted in April 2012 of more than 150 professionals currently implementing Lean reported that the mean return on investment from implementing Lean is almost five to one.
Efficiency gains detailed by participants included better delivery performance, higher quality, improved employee productivity, flexibility and motivation, better management of inventory supplies and reduced costs.
