Congratulations Dr Federico Liberatore for winning the Operational Research Society’s PhD Prize and reaching the final of the Doctoral Dissertation Award (EDDA) given by the Association of European Operational Research Societies (EURO).
Federico is an ex- Kent Business School PhD graduate (supervised by Dr Paola Scaparra) and is now a lecturer at the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. Organisers of the EURO award, described the work of the three finalists as ‘excellent’.
He will present his work at the next EURO conference (Vilnius, 9-11 July 2012), where the winner will be announced.
