Welcome everyone to a brand new year and term and we hope all our members are keeping safe and well.
An update on what the Film, Media and Culture research group will be doing this term:
- We have 2 research talks lined up:
- Week 18, Wednesday 24th February, 5pm: Dr Dominic Lees will be discussing his latest research on deep fakes
- Week 23, Wednesday 31st March, 5pm: Dr Clive Nwonka will be discussing his latest research
- More information on both talks will be published soon!
- We now have 2 social media co-ordinators: Bartholomew Hall and Omosalewa Popoola. Bartholomew and Omosalewa are both 2nd year Media Studies students who will be generating content for the blog and running our new Twitter account. Follow us on Twitter here: @FMCUniKent
- Bartholomew and Omosalewa will also be conducting short interviews with group members for a series of research profiles which will be published on the blog. Please do consider giving Bartholomew and Omosalewa your time!
