We have received notification from NatWest that their paying in books are changing and will now include a barcode.
They have introduced this to their credit slips to allow the Post Office to process payments more quickly and securely.
From 1st July 2020 the Post Office will no longer accept credit slips which do not contain a barcode.
We will start to send these out in due course but in the meantime if you do pay cash into a Post Office and require a new paying in book with the barcode on please let us know.
All other means of depositing cash will still be okay to use the credit slips without the barcode.
