Payments to Students and Suppliers- Dates and Deadlines leading up to Christmas

 

We thought it would be useful to send round our Christmas and New Year payment dates and to confirm deadlines for you.

BACS:

Our last BACS run for the year will be started on Tuesday 19^th December for payments on Friday 22^nd December.  Please can we have everything for this run by Thursday 14^th December.

The first BACS run of 2018 will be started on Tuesday 9^th January for payment on Friday 12^th January. 

Cheques:

The last cheque run will be done on Wednesday 20^th December and anything for this should be in our office by Tuesday 19^th December.

The first cheque run for 2018 will be on Wednesday 10^th January.

Foreign Payments:

For anything needing to be paid before Christmas please can we have the paperwork in our office by Monday 11^th December.  We will be processing them on Wednesday 13^th  December and payment should arrive with the beneficiaries at some point the following week.  We may also do an additional run on Monday 18^th December but we can’t guarantee these will be paid before Christmas.

The first foreign payments in 2018 will be processed on Wednesday 10^th January.
