As we approach the end of 2022, the Payments Office would like to draw attention to the following dates regarding deadlines for payments to be made prior to the Christmas Break.
BACS:
Our last BACS Run of 2022 will be started on the morning of Tuesday 13th December for payment on Friday 16th December. Please can we have all paperwork for this run by Thursday 8th December.
The first BACS Run of 2023 will be started on Tuesday 3rd January with payment on Friday 6th January.
Staff Connect Online Expenses:
Please can you ensure that any expense claims awaiting approval on Staff Connect are approved by Thursday 8th December to ensure these can be paid on Friday 16th December.
Foreign Payments:
For anything needing to be paid before Christmas please can we have the paperwork in our office by Tuesday 6th December. We will be processing them on Wednesday 7th December and payment should arrive with the beneficiaries at some point the following week. We will also do an additional run on Wednesday 14th December but we can’t guarantee these will be paid before Christmas. The first foreign payments in 2023 will be processed on Wednesday 4th January.
