The Payments Office would like to make all our colleagues aware of the deadlines that we will require all 2021/2022 paperwork to be electronically received within our office.
- Thursday 21st July – AllĀ Online Expense Claims to be approved for inclusion on BACS Run started on 26th July for posting in 202112.
- Thursday 28th July – All Online Expense Claims to be approved for inclusion on BACS Run started on 2nd August for posting in 202112.
- Friday 29th July – All outstanding Travel Advance Claims to be submitted for posting to 202112.
- Monday 1st August – All Foreign Payment paperwork to be sent to the Payments Office for posting within period 202112.
- Thursday 4th August – Deadline for receiving banking dockets for cash and cheques banked up to 02/08/2022.
- Friday 5th August – All Online Expense Claims to be approved for inclusion on BACS Run started on 10/08/2022 for posting to 202201.
- Monday 8th August – Deadline for all Invoices and Non-Staff Expenses to be received within the Payments Office.
In addition please note:
- All paperwork must be submitted electronically.
- Our weekly BACS Run will continue to be started on a Tuesday with payment on the Friday of the same week.
- The weekly deadline for Foreign Payments is Wednesday at 12pm with submission to Western Union on Friday.
