Payments Office – Easter Payment Dates

The Payments Office are providing an advanced schedule of deadlines for those planning payments to be submitted around the Easter Break.  Due to the Bank Holidays, there will be a slight alteration to our usual schedules:

Payment prior to Easter: 

BACS Run – Due to Good Friday, this will credit on Thursday 14th April.  The deadline for all invoices and manual expense claims will be 5pm on Thursday 7th April.

Foreign Payments – Please ensure that all paperwork has been submitted by 12pm on Wednesday 6th April.

We will be processing a Foreign Payment Run the following week but we would not be able to guarantee payment prior to the Easter Break.

Payment after Easter:

BACS Run – This will credit on Friday 22nd April.  Please ensure all invoices and manual expense claims have reached the Payments Office by 5pm on Wednesday 13th April.

Foreign Payments – This will return to the usual deadline of a Wednesday at 12pm for inclusion on the weekly batch submitted to Western Union.
