As we approach the end of 2021, the Payments Office would like to draw attention to the following dates regarding deadlines for payments to be made prior to the Christmas Break.
The last BACS run of the year will credit accounts on Friday 17th December and the first BACS run of 2022 will be paid on Friday 7th January.
- BACS Payments – Please send all paperwork to the Payments Office email address by 5pm on Thursday 9th December.
- Foreign Payments – Please send all paperwork to the Payments Office email address by 5pm on Tuesday 7th December.
- Scholarship Payments – Please send all new/revised Spreadsheets to the Pay Scholarship email address by 5pm on Thursday 2nd December.
- Online Expenses – There will be two payment runs for these in December, the first will be started on Wednesday 1st December and paid on Friday 3rd December. We will also be processing an additional run on Wednesday 15th December for payment on Friday 17th December.
