We thought it would be useful to send round our Christmas and New Year payment dates and to confirm deadlines for you.
BACS:
Our last BACS run for the year will be started in the morning of Tuesday 15th December for payment on Friday 18th December. Please can we have everything for this run by Thursday 10th December.
The first BACS run of 2021 will be started on Tuesday 5th January for payment on Friday 8th January.
Staff Connect Online Expenses:
Please can you ensure that any expense claims awaiting approval on Staff Connect are approved by Thursday 10th December to ensure these can be paid on Friday 18th December.
Foreign Payments:
For anything needing to be paid before Christmas please can we have the paperwork in our office by Monday 7th December. We will be processing them on Wednesday 9th December and payment should arrive with the beneficiaries at some point the following week. We will also do an additional run on Wednesday 16th December but we can’t guarantee these will be paid before Christmas.
The first foreign payments in 2021 will be processed on Wednesday 7th January.
Anything received after the dates quoted may still be processed and might still be paid before Christmas but we cannot guarantee this.
