Requisitioning – please don’t use certain product codes
Product codes that begin with the letter “B” must not be used when raising requisitions. These product codes can only be used by the School of Biosciences where stocks of products are held.
Any approved Requisitions containing a product code beginning with the letter “B” will result in a Purchase Order against stock rather than a request to the supplier and must be terminated to correct the accounting entries.
For example, the table below shows the products that exist in Agresso for Batteries. In this case only “OTHER MA” should be used.
