Christmas Closing

During the Christmas closure period access to Agresso will be withdrawn from  12:30pm 21st December 2017 to 9am 3rd January 2018 as the support team will not be able to respond to any queries raised.

Please ensure all transactions are completed by 12:30pm on the  21st December.

 

Information to be Aware Of

It recently came to light there was an issue copying data from General Ledger Transactions to Microsoft Excel.

The issue was as follows:

Excel:

You can see that the data has not copied to Excel correctly. After further investigation, the underlying issue was found to be the Text field information within lines two and three – “23”” HP Pavillion all in one PC Product Code 1Y32EA#ABU23-

The main problem in the text field is the “23”” – As the number has been wrapped by “ “ the result is that excel will not fully paste all of the information after the affected line.

We recommend that text or numbers within Agresso are not wrapped with quotation marks to ensure data can be exported correctly.
