Upgrade and Downtime
Agresso Milestone 4 will be rolling out on the 17th and 18th November 2015 and users will be restricted to read-only access during this time. Full access should be restored on 19th November 2015, although users should wait until they have received confirmation that is it safe to use again.
Induction Sessions
We are hosting an induction lecture covering the changes to Agresso. We’ll be going over the changes to the interface and the new functionality, in addition to addressing any questions or concerns you may have. You can choose either of the 2 sessions:
- Woolf Lecture Theatre (WLT) on 3rd November 2015 at 10:00 – 11:00
- Keynes Lecture Theatre 1 (KLT1) on 11th November 2015 at 15:00 – 16:00.
Both lectures will be recorded and uploaded to the Agresso support website.
Training Wiki
The Finance Systems team are pleased to announce the development of an Agresso Training SharePoint Wiki, which should launch in January 2016. The wiki allows Agresso users to log on and view instructions, tutorial videos, and how-to guides relating to the use of the software. Users will also be able to view upcoming events, alerts, and training sessions (the contents of which will be completely open to suggestions).
If there is a function, task, or area within Agresso that you’d like to see covered by the wiki then please email m.dampier@kent.ac.uk with the subject ‘Agresso training suggestions’. As users of the system, your feedback is incredibly important, so please help us to help you.
