You can access Richard’s presentation here and Doug’s presentation here.

The material for the session on statistical concepts can be accessed here and the presentation on the qPCR model given by Eleni here.

Finally, Alex’s presentation on the metabarcoding model can be accessed here.

Information on workshops: Modelling DNA-based data

  • University of Kent, 24/5/2022, Sibson Lecture Theatre 2.
  • Please email e.matechou@kent.ac.uk if you want to attend and so we can keep you informed of future workshops.

The workshop will be face-to-face, and will include presentations as well as practical sessions on new models for data resulting from DNA-based surveys for single (qPCR) and multiple species (metabarcoding).

Information about the qPCR models can be found here and about the metabarcoding models here.

We will provide coffee and lunch.
