#Black365 at the University of Kent invites you to attend a free wellbeing session with a Consultant Psychological Therapist as part of our #Black365 series. As we navigate the uncertainty affecting our university community, this dedicated session provides a safe and empowering space for reflection, recharge, and building collective strength.
“Grounded in Strength: Navigating Change Together” will be facilitated by Abi Oppong-Boateng, a Consultant Psychological Therapist and Clinical, Safeguarding, and BABCP-accredited Supervisor. Abi has been an NHS practitioner for over 21 years and is a senior lead.
This session will delve into the crucial role of awareness around the link between body, mind, behaviour and emotions. Abi will also take us through various helpful strategies for physical wellbeing, exploring values to create work-life balance, utilising rewarding and values-based activities for emotional wellbeing and to regulate emotions, the impact of stress, burnout, and collective trauma, and much more…
