We have now received some additional advice to assist users still experiencing issues with some of the Proquest Ebook Central titles.
Advice from ProQuest:
The issue was caused by an update which resulted in the Ebook Central cookies on users machines to become bad.
The solution for this is for user to delete those cookies,
If the manual method of removal is not working (i.e. users have not deleted all Ebook Cookies) please use this tool that ProQuest developers have created :
https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/clearcookie/clearcookie.html
When using the link and cookies deleted, the link will redirect to the Ebook Central Webpage.
