Greetings from Old Thorns Manor, where I delivered introductory lectures on Quantum Many-body Theory alongside Silvia Ramos (Probes of Matter) and Anna Posazhennikova (Local Moments) as part of the GRADnet Strong Correlations Workshop organised by Sam Carr (with support from Cristobel Soares-Smith at SEPnet). It was a real pleasure to interact with highly-motivated students from Kent, OU, Royal Holloway, and Surrey. We also heard very interesting seminars by Matthias Eschrig and by the school tutors Sudeep Ghosh and Xavier Montiel.
