Congratulations to Dr Jane Reeves, Co-Director of the Centre for Child Protection and Alamgir Sheriyar, Active Referral Co-ordinator Kent Police, who will receive The Chief Constable’s Commendation & Merit Award. The award will be presented by Chief Constable Mr Alan Pughsley at tonight’s ceremony, taking place at Kent Police Training School, Maidstone.
This prestigious award is in recognition of their extensive work raising awareness of online grooming and radicalization; in particular for the innovative child protection simulation ‘Zak’ which is being used widely by professionals and young people.
