The School offers an unrivalled European context in which to study for a PhD in the social sciences. We are a member of the South East Doctoral Training Centre (SEDTC) which awards scholarships funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), and the School has been awarded European Union Erasmus Mundus funding for a Doctorate in Cultural and Global Criminology (DCGC).
