In preparation for the University’s 50th anniversary in 2015, Kent has established an additional 100 doctoral scholarships to be awarded annually from 2012. Successful candidates will demonstrate academic excellence and outstanding research potential. Scholarships will be offered at the standard UK Research Councils’ rate (covering home/EU Fees + £13,590 living allowance [2011-12 rate]). SSPSSR will be awarding a number of these PhD awards for candidates to begin study with us at the start of the 2012-2013 academic year.
