Dr Adam Burgess is an invited speaker on ‘Towards a Culture of Precaution’ at a conference on European Legal Culture at the Oxford University Institute for European Law on December 16th and 17th. Conference proceedings will be published as a book by Hart/Beck/Nomos in 2012.
