New Research Ethics and Integrity Policy Announced

The Department of Classical and Archaeological Studies is pleased to announce its new Research Ethics and Integrity Policy, which was approved in May 2023.

This Policy shows our commitment to ethical and high-quality research in a comprehensive and original way. It covers our exceptionally broad range of activities, including our partnerships with universities around the world. We have specific guidelines on each area of activity, including publication, excavation, museums, conservation, and working responsibly with local communities.

This Policy reflects our own professional expertise, as well as the highest national and international standards. It is intended to serve as a model for other researchers.
