Elena Coveney, a third-year student on the BA (Hons) in Hispanic Studies, has won the University’s Go Abroad Photo Competition, following her year in Brazil.
Elena went to Brazil after learning Portuguese as part of her degree. The photograph was taken in Sao Paolo. On her experience, Elena said: ‘My year abroad has been by far one of the best years of my life: full of art, colour and fun.’
