The 6th annual SWIPE (Student Work In Progress Exposition) conference will take place on Thursday 20 March 2014 at Kent.
Organised by students from the Department of Comparative Literature, the conference offers students from all Humanities disciplines the chance to present papers relating to their university work (either completed or in progress) to an audience of their peers, and is especially useful to those students working on dissertations or thinking about going on to postgraduate study.
Abstracts of no more than 250 words should be submitted to ukcswipe@gmail.com by Friday 21 February 2014. Presentations will be 20 minutes or 2,000 words in length, and will be followed by a 10-minute discussion forum. Submissions from undergraduate and postgraduate students are all welcomed.
