Tonight on Italian TV channel, Telequattro, Dr Alvise Sforza Tarabochia, Lecturer in Italian Studies, will be interviewed on the programme Trieste in Diretta.
Alvise will be interviewed about his new book Psychiatry, Subjectivity, Community (Peter Lang, 2013), which examines Franco Basaglia’s abolition of mental asylums in Italy. Alvise will also discuss his experience of being a lecturer at Kent, as well as the role of Italian Studies overseas.
The interview will be broadcast about 6pm central European time, or 5pm GMT.
