Wellbeing vlog episode 1 – ‘Keeping fit in isolation’

During these times of remote working and studying at home, staff and students from the School of Anthropology and Conservation are presenting tips and advice on methods and resources that will help us with our productivity and wellbeing. Here, Saskia Pritchard, studying on the BSc in Anthropology programme, introduces the first of a series of vlogs.

“I have decided to create some vlogs in the hope that I can help everyone feel motivated and maybe brighten someone’s day a little bit. Being a student is always challenging but, at times like this, it’s even more so. I hope these vlogs will give you some advice on how you can look after yourself and help you stay positive and productive. I hope to cover a range of topics related to studies and self-care beginning with ways to keep fit at home.
