Open day – meet staff and students from our School

Come to an open day at Kent

Saturday 6th July 2019

If you’re considering coming to University for September 2019 make sure you come along to our open day.

Within the School of Anthropology and Conservation we have staff and students from across our programmes excited to meet you and share their enthusiasm for their subject.

A few highlights:

  • Sports hall – people from the School will be on our stand (stand 1) between 9am and 3pm. Come and talk to us about the programme you’re interested in, any admissions enquiries and pick up a few free goodies!
  • Programme talks – an excellent way to learn more about the different programmes and the kind of modules / trips you get to consider; including going on a year abroad or taking a year in industry.
  • Meet an academic – book a 1-2-1 with one of our academic staff to answer any specific questions you might have about the programme or your application.
  • Taster session – (always a highlight) an exciting opportunity to experience what it is like to be a student studying at Kent. Taster sessions range from sample seminars to practical lab activities.

Plus we have free refreshments available throughout the day in our Foyer.

This is a great opportunity to get a feel for the School and see whether you can imagine yourself as part of our community.

Book your space now.

You can also get a quick taster of open day by viewing our Open Day film.
